Your Role:


You will enjoy a varied role and your contribution will be key to delivering a high-level of service to a broad range of business customers.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving & processing customer orders
  • Creating & maintaining customer accounts in database
  • Advising customers of backorders & expected delivery times and liaising with couriers
  • Processing samples, replacements & credits
  • Processing freezer programme invoices, replenishments, and inventory adjustments
  • Liaising with customs brokers regarding international import shipments and preparing required documentation for the delivery of shipments received
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Coordinator re the despatch of orders
  • Managing account database set up: master file changes etc.
  • Eprocurement order processing | invoicing
  • Eprocurement monthly reporting for Accountant
  • Performing internal audits for the Quality System

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Strong experience in a similar productbased customer service role including the processing of customer orders, invoicing, inventory
  • Experience working with eprocurement systems an advantage
  • Previous experience working with products that have a limited shelflife preferred
  • Competency working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Word & Excel
  • Welldeveloped negotiation, decision making, and issue resolution skills
  • Experience in ISO 9001 quality management an advantage | or willing to undertake company paid training in same

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
