Your Role:
You will enjoy a varied role and your contribution will be key to delivering a high-level of service to a broad range of business customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving & processing customer orders
- Creating & maintaining customer accounts in database
- Advising customers of backorders & expected delivery times and liaising with couriers
- Processing samples, replacements & credits
- Processing freezer programme invoices, replenishments, and inventory adjustments
- Liaising with customs brokers regarding international import shipments and preparing required documentation for the delivery of shipments received
- Liaising with the Warehouse Coordinator re the despatch of orders
- Managing account database set up: master file changes etc.
- Eprocurement order processing | invoicing
- Eprocurement monthly reporting for Accountant
- Performing internal audits for the Quality System
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in a similar productbased customer service role including the processing of customer orders, invoicing, inventory
- Experience working with eprocurement systems an advantage
- Previous experience working with products that have a limited shelflife preferred
- Competency working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Word & Excel
- Welldeveloped negotiation, decision making, and issue resolution skills
- Experience in ISO 9001 quality management an advantage | or willing to undertake company paid training in same
Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
