Organisational Development and Capability are looking for an experienced and dynamic administration officer to join our team.

The role is primarily responsible for the coordination of clinical placements across all disciplines within a state wide platform in collaboration with clinical directorates and our education providers.

What you'll be doing


The Administration Officer will manage the provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and customer support to the department to support the achievement of the departments set goals.


_People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply._

  • Demonstrated administration skills including typing and document management, systems management and specifically extensive experience in computer software and an ability to manage a variety of systems
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills including a positive attitude, team and relationship building, verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills and negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
