Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert advisory services to clients in the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors, guiding them through project planning, execution, and management.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for optimization, risk mitigation, and costeffective strategies.
  • Lead highlevel discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies to provide forwardlooking advice to clients.

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in the Commercial Construction industry with a strong focus on the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic advisory services, managing complex projects, and delivering tangible results.
  • Indepth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills to address client challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
