Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advisory services to clients in the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors, guiding them through project planning, execution, and management.
Conduct indepth analysis of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and industry best practices to develop actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for optimization, risk mitigation, and costeffective strategies.
Lead highlevel discussions, workshops, and presentations to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies to provide forwardlooking advice to clients.

Requirements:

Extensive experience (10+ years) in the Commercial Construction industry with a strong focus on the transport infrastructure and power & utilities sectors.
Proven track record of providing strategic advisory services, managing complex projects, and delivering tangible results.
Indepth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills to address client challenges effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
