Are you ready to take the first step toward a rewarding career in the dynamic world of commercial real estate? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Leasing Personal Assistant/Cadet to join their esteemed team in the vibrant Eastern Suburbs.


Our client prides themselves on their innovative approach to real estate, and they're seeking a driven and passionate individual to assist their Commercial Sales and Leasing team.

Whether you have experience in residential sales or are eager to make a transition from the residential sector to commercial, they want to hear from you


As their Sales and Leasing PA, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain invaluable industry knowledge.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting their team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to their overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Sales and Leasing team in their daytoday activities
  • Coordinate property inspections, client meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property listings
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales or leasing (residential or commercial) is highly regarded
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • A motivated selfstarter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle


They offer a competitive base salary ranging from 50k to 60k, including commissions that can potentially bring your total earnings to 80k-100k in your first year This role provides a fantastic opportunity for career growth, with potential for advancement within the company.
