2297 Our privatelyowned papersack manufacturer requires various machine operators for their very busy high volume business, which is expanding rapidly. Set Afternoon shift and Night shifts are the current requirements.

Working with brand new machinery, state of the art facility, and a very supportive work environment this is the role for you.

THE ROLE:

Ensuring efficient production schedule is acheived
Setting up, operating and lubricating of machines
Optimum product quality is met and maintained
Programming robots for stacking product
Forklift duties (if licenced) operated in a safely manner
Meeting targets and KPI's

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a good mechanical aptitude
Forklift licence an advantage
Can do attitude, willingness to increase skills
Able to work unsupervised and in a responsible and professional manner
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail, able to complete relevant documentation accurately
Results orientated
Great Communication skills
Team player and reliable
Able to pass D&A and medical
