Description:

The role will include the following responsibilities:
Sales invoicing and credit note production, including ensuring completeness of all information on documents
Investigation of issues and discrepancies
Actioning correcting and reissuing of invoices as required
Work closely with National Credit Manager in undertaking tasks
Assisting with producing reports for management
Providing backup to other team managers in other functions as required
Tasks as directed by the Executive Manager Finance and Hub Leaders

At least 2 years' experience in a similar is required
High level of personal organisation, flexibility and time management
A problem solver who has strong attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
