The opportunity

We are seeking an After Sales Manager to join our busy team in Mukinbudin. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of one of the Wheatbelt's most established, successful and reputable agriculture machinery and equipment dealerships.

The Role Includes

• Staff Management, Training and Mentoring
• Workshop Job Management – scheduling, forward planning, supervision, quality control
• Customer Relations Development, Liaison, Dispute Resolution
• Workplace Maintenance – identification of issues; focus on safety; keeping up to date with
  products, programs and issues; supervision; supervising maintenance and replacement of
  workshop tools and equipment
• Business Development – identification of additional market opportunities, focus on
  productivity and efficiency, liaison and co-ordination with other Heads of Departments

The prerequisites

• Previous management experience
• Exposure to agricultural machinery preferred
• Basic computer skills
