The Client


With a global presence, this company has been voted one of the best places to work in Australia and are leader in the medical technology field.

They are currently looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent and grow your career into other areas of the business.

The initial assignment would be for 6 months.


Duties

  • Manage all call back requests efficiently with stakeholders
  • Liaise with territory managers, hospital staff and relevant sales representatives
  • Process and maintain bookings with relevant staff
  • Provide assistance within the workplace and support other departments where required

Requirements:


  • Exceptional customer service is critical
  • Ability to navigate with various software's
  • Medical knowledge or technical background will be highly regarded
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and in a remote environment
