The Opportunity:


We're continually evolving to ensure the electricity transmission network provides secure, reliable and stable power and we're looking for professionals who are passionate about the energy sector to help us continue to achieve these goals.

You'll collaborate to improve Asset Management System methodologies focusing on project and engineering delivery methodology and partner with Operations Leadership to manage enterprise risks.


In addition you'll:

Drive Efficiency:focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity.

Empower People:Design and monitor a robust training program for continuous improvement.

Drive Strategic Change:Contribute to initiatives, lead change management, and promote education in Technical Forums.

Foster Stakeholder Alliances:Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for customer-centric outcomes.


About You:

Your Analytics qualifications are accompanied by a desire to foster engagement and collaboration, and strong analytical, investigative problem-solving skills. You focus on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity.

You are excited by the idea of working at the forefront of renewable energy integration in Australia and possess:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a related role is desirable
  • Significant experience in process analysis and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of Risk Management, Project Management, Project Controls and (ideally) Engineering Management System Methodology
  • Proven ability to gain trust and partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in a customer focussed, business orientated manner.
