You will be a team player with excellent communication skills that takes pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering great customer service.
Proven support of desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, software, networks, server, print, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.
Great problemsolving skills
Windows Server knowledge
Active Directory & MS Exchange experience
Experience working in a virtual environment (VMware/Hyper-V)
Drivers license essential
