ING Australia is looking for an experienced "
IAM Engineering Manager" to join our Identity and Access management team for this newly created position based in Sydney.

You'll play a critical role in managing and maintaining our organizations' core technology infrastructure and services.

You'll be overseeing the operation and performance of our platform (Sailpoint IQ, CyberArk, File Access Manager), to ensure its reliability, scalability, and security.

What you'll do

Lead the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our core banking platform, ensure 24/7 availability and reliability.
Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis, resolution, and postincident reviews.
Maintain and support ING Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Platform capabilities.
Mentor and lead a team of Platform Operations Devops/Engineers.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience with software builds and packaging
Sailpoint or One Identity, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, GIT, GITFlow.
Hands on experience/good working knowledge of Container Technologies
Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker for Windows, Azure Container Services, Mesos, Docker Swarm.
Hands on experience/good working knowledge of virtualization technologies
Hyper-V, VMWare environments, and servicebased cloud models.
Fluent in multiple scripting languages
PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell scripting, BASH.
