The opportunity
Due to our ongoing success, we are hiring a superstar for our Workers Compensation team.

This role will support our clients, injured workers, and Case Managers in the calculation of incapacity payments (NWE and/or PIAWE calculations).

Your story so far
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Experienced with incapacity payments (Normal Weekly Hour calculations under the SRC Act), calculating Pre-injury Average Weekly Earnings (PIAWE) for incapacitated workers
Have a knowledge of processes and calculations or payroll and financial accounting
Worked in the finance and insurance industry or workers compensation area
Passionate, clientfocused, and able to build meaningful relationships yet be comfortable taking difficult conversations, especially when these calculations could impact clients' lifestyles.
Have initiative, resilience and thrive in a fastpaced changing environment.
Robust stakeholder management and customer service skills
A willingness to learn new concepts and grasp information
Excellent organisational skills with an emphasis on ensuring a strong client focus throughout
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
Organised, selfdriven with a capacity to analyse complex problems and provide solutions.
To be able to consistently meet targets, deadlines and KPIs.
Has a commitment to improving processes.
