About the role

Completing car park validation transactions, validating access cards etc.
Handling customer queries & maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Maintain a customer focus in all services, ensuring customer service delivery is top priority.

About You

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5star customer service
Previous experiences with Opera is advantageous
Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
