- Develop, set up and administer all project sub-contract agreements.
- Develop the project budget, track costs and maintain project valuations.
- Undertake cost planning and quantity surveying as required by the project.
- Verify sub-contractor quotes.
- Prepare monthly project reports for the client on the construction management scope
- Display excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain good interpersonal skills and work with the team to achieve all allocated tasks to a high standard.
- Demonstrate good critical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills with a talent for lateral thinking.
- Display strong budget management and reporting skills.
