Our client is an international Organisation who are experts in managing hotels and resorts across the globe.


This expanding company needs 10 new telesales professionals who have a strong telemarketing and direct sales experience combined with a good knowledge/interest in the hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism industry.

To join their long-term stable team.

The company has an existing extensive membership base - no cold calling required.


Your Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and within set timeframes
  • Ensure that the correct research is completed prior to contacting the client
  • Ensure the client is matched to the right membership
  • Provide the client with the correct membership information and ensure that they are allocated the correct resources
  • Complete client memberships upgrades accurately and ensuring clients can fast track the benefits of their membership
  • Sell additional services and products as required
  • Ensure that sales targets are met on a daily basis
  • Ensure accurate data is recorded, payments are processed
  • Attend training, professional development and team meetings
  • Develop a relationship with members, team members and management
  • Ensure Brand integrity
  • A desire for a career position in a dynamic, funfilled call centre enviornment
  • Substantial experience in telemarketing and direct sales
  • Tourism, travel or hospitalty industry experienceprefered not essential as
extenisve intial and ongoing training provided

  • Skilled in the art of sales
  • Proven track record of smashing KPIs in a busy call centre or direct sales environment
  • Strong 'persuasive' capabilities mixed with a consultative approach to communications

You should also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven track record in telesales and/or direct sales
  • Confidence and relaxed in dealing with customers over the telephone
  • A customerfocus career development passion
  • Ability to be selfmanaged and performance oriented, while working in a close team environment
A very attractive salary package with superannuation including a base salary and incentives is available (based on performance - min incomes range between $60k - 80k, high performers earning $90K-$140k, Top performers earning $150 - $200K.

Working hours (Mon-Fri), 8:30am - 4:30pm or 11am - 7pm 5 days a week plus 1 Saturday per month.

Immediate start available. Begin with two weeks training followed by ongoing support and training.
