In this role you will be supporting a full range of ICT resources, audio visual, office-based technology, printers etc) through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop, chat support and face-to-face resolving as many incidents and requests at first point of contact as possible.

- Service Support
- Supplier Relationship Management
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst
- Experience with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS Products
- Technical skills with Microsoft
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience working on a multichannel Service Desk
- Previous experience with a ticketing system
