  • Hybrid work model ( 3 days / office)
Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join its IT team.

In this role you will be supporting a full range of ICT resources, audio visual, office-based technology, printers etc) through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop, chat support and face-to-face resolving as many incidents and requests at first point of contact as possible.

  • Supplier Relationship Management

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS Products
  • Technical skills with Microsoft
  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience working on a multichannel Service Desk
  • Previous experience with a ticketing system
