The Opportunity

Primary responsibilities will include:
Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews and assessment centers, offer generation, and coordination of onboarding experience and process for a wide range of both professional and front line positions
Support, coach, and train team members, supervisors, and managers in people processes, providing consistent and thoughtful advice and interpretation in relation to policy, process and legislation
Participate in workplace investigations, performance and disciplinary processes in support of fair and consistent outcomes
Drive and support positive people initiatives across our diverse workforce, including activations and events, training and education, and other campaign projects like engagement surveys, performance reviews etc.

About you

You will have a demonstrated background working in a generalist role with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar advisory level role.

Ideally you will have strong recruitment skills with experience in volume recruitment and be comfortable in a fast paced, busy environment that will see you managing multiple roles and competing demands.
