They are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and help the organization achieve its goals.


Main Duties

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing the operational maintenance work, network delivery hub, ITS, Civil Maintenance, and pavement & projects team.
  • Leading a strong team to push and accomplish operating efficiency, costcutting initiatives, and increased safety.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:


  • Must have years of civil engineering or construction or relevant.
  • Experience mentoring and developing staff.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
  • Manage a diverse workload in often challenging environments.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Ensure the required resources are allocated to the operation.
  • Collaborating with the Assets and Planning team to develop and implement longterm asset management plans and strategies.
  • Senior management experience is essential.
  • Strong commercially and maintain good client relationships.
