ABOUT THE POSITION
Opportunity for a Program Manager to join a collaborative and dynamic team.

You will develop individualised programs, lead each child's therapy team and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to team members.

DUTIES

Plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behaviour support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with ASD and/or other behavioural and social/communication challenges
Employ appropriate assessment instruments to develop skills building programs that reflect identified behavioural objectives and other outcomes
Implement treatment plans, document contacts and observations, and use professional knowledge and independent judgement to strategise continuous improvements
Provide training to, and clinical supervision of, Behaviour Technicians through observation, meetings, performance coaching and other methods
Provide high quality parent training and assist in presentations at training workshops

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three years working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders and their families
Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with individuals, families, and natural supports
Experience writing clinical reports (experiencing writing NDIS reports highly preferred)
Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans individualised for the child

QUALIFICATIONS

Current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), OR significant progress toward meeting certification requirements
Master's degree recognised by the Behaviour Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check / Working with vulnerable people check
Must be eligible to apply/currently hold an NDIS check
Willingness to obtain a police check
