The IT Support Manager will be providing management and support to our local & overseas team.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to lead and govern the operation of the IT support function


Key responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of IT support function
  • Coach and lead a small team of IT support engineers
  • Act as an escalation point for issues within the IT support function
  • Oversee ITIL based, incident, problem and service management activities
  • Undertaking of IT procurement and responsibility for financial management
  • Develop and maintain IT supportrelated policies, procedures and other documentation

About you:


  • Working in a fastpaced, complex IT Support Environment and strong overall understanding of ITIL
  • Understanding IT Asset Management and best practice in end user device provisioning / management
  • Good knowledge and understanding of a range of computer and networking software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
