The Opportunity:


The Health & Safety Administrator provides administrative and general support to the Health and Safety, working in collaboration with the team to provide a high level of service to our stakeholders.


  • Key responsibilities:_
  • Contribute and support many and varied to health and safety initiatives and projects
  • Act as a key department contact answering and directing enquiries as they arise
  • Ensuring an effective and efficient response to queries, issues, requests and incidents
  • Assist with the maintenance and document control of health and safety documentation on our internal intranet and systems
  • Assist with financial management tasks working with our TechnologyOne system
  • Assist with writing and preparation of internal communications and documentation
  • Coordination of training and audit bookings and tracking of reports
  • General administrative support in coordinating calendars and meetings, taking minutes and assisting with preparation of presentations
  • Have a clear communication style and exceptional organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a health and safety or an interest in learning about this area
  • Have demonstrated administration experience and welldeveloped computer skills
  • Have a proven ability to build relationships
  • Hold a current working with children check or be willing to obtain one
  • Be able to demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CSPD
