The Role

Inspect and report on Portable, Exit/Emergency Lights, Fire Door, wet fire systems & Fire Panels
Carry out repairs to portable equipment
Plan and schedule your own work load to meet clients expectations
Communicate with Customers on defect findings

Main tasks of the role would include:

Testing fire panels, pumps and emergency warning systems including emergency lighting and portable fire equipment
Adhering to all WHS requirements for each client site
Testing of EWIS and Building Occupant Warning Systems
Completing all maintenance log documentation
Raising defect reports
Being an integral member of the "On-Call Team, handling Emergency out of hours call outs when required
Supporting other teams and staff

Requirements:

Electrical trade qualifications highly desirable but not essential
Current manual NSW drivers licence
Reliability and a commitment to high work standards
Strong communication skills
Able to work unsupervised, as well as being part of our team
