WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE

  • My client is currently looking for a top notch Receptionist, fulltime in their Macquarie Park office, to undertake general reception duties, including answering the phone, keeping rooms and office areas tidy, general administration tasks, assisting patients with completing forms etc
  • You will be liaising and supporting both internal staff such as surgeons and their PA's along with patients and other practices with an emphasis on integrity, innovation, collaboration, compassion, and professionalism.
  • You role will be heavily administrative and will be responsible for scanning and uploading all patient correspondence addressed to the consultant in the medical software.
  • You will have a can do attitude and a passion to work in the medical field and with some of the best neurosurgeons in the world
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

  • Minimum 13 years reception/personal assistant experience, preferably in healthcare setting.
  • Sound communication skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with doctors, staff, patients, and other health care professionals.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Word
  • Excel and Power Point a plus.
  • Experience with medical record systems, preferably Genie Solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workflow effectively.
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as independently.
  • You must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and have full working rights.
