Attainable Care is a leading Registered NDIS and TAC Provider dedicated to creating a world of possibilities for individuals with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing a range of tailored services, including
Supported Independent Living
(SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes. We are currently seeking passionate and committed Roster Coordinator to join our growing team.


Roster Coordinator - The rostering position is key to coordinating all aspects of rostering direct support shifts ensuring the effective delivery of services to NDIS customers. You will manage the day-to-day deployment of staff to minimise shift vacancies and therefore financial losses, while maximising opportunities for customers to receive the full complement of services they have purchased, to enhance customer satisfaction.


You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and make a huge difference in the lives NDIS clients by ensuring the smooth operation of services.

Your days will involve;

  • Understanding service goals, to match the appropriate Support Worker to the customers' needs aligned with skills, experience and costing.
  • Roster shifts with SCHADS rostering rules in Brevity and clear shift rejects and approvals.


Your days will be varied, using Brevity and working with our NDIS team across Melbourne, you will be empowered to make sure that service delivery is rostered optimally for clients.


Qualifications


We are looking for a leader with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage the rostering and deployment of staff to shifts across rosters, to support the provision of services to a range of NDIS customers on time.

You will need to enjoy using your multitasking skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

Bringing your highly developed people and relationship skills, decision-making abilities, and exceptional organisational methods to effectively support and liaise with support workers and people with disability to meet their NDIS goals.


As you will be working within a remote team, with colleagues across NDIS services and the broader EACH community, it is important that you possess excellent interpersonal skills to deliver accordingly.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • A current Working With Children's Check is essential
  • Have full Australian working rights and a National Police Clearance
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Check

Salary:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
