With full training, transition into a Trainee Case Manager position supporting injured workers, guiding them through the recovery and return to work process.

HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting people finding a role within insurance and personal injury claims. We are working with a trusted and well-known insurer who are seeking to expand their Workers Compensation Claims team.

This is a great opportunity for those who are seeking to transition into an office-based role while utilising their knowledge of injuries.


This is a permanent full-time role with the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.


Benefits offered:


  • Salary: $77,000 $83,000 package (Inclusive of Superannuation)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with current company guidelines and legislative requirements to ensure a timely and cost effective resolution of your claims portfolio.
  • Supporting people who have been injured at work and guiding all parties through the claims process
  • Facilitating case conferences with nominating doctors with the goal of getting good return to work outcomes
  • Working with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return to work and injury management plans
  • Working collaboratively with Employers to determine suitable duties and effective return to work strategies.
  • Manage weekly payments and provider invoices
