As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Careers and Branding Manager to join our People and Culture Team for a 12-month contract in Melbourne or Sydney.
Recently ISPT's introduced its first internal recruitment team with focus of building out capability as well as managing day to day recruitment.
We are now at a point where foundations have been set and the focus is now shifted to building the system (SuccessFactors) and process as well as delivering recruitment projects (Referral programs, EVP, and Graduate programs).
Whilst this role will still have day to day recruitment the role is unique as you will be able to use your recruitment experience to add value while also working on exciting pieces of work outside of transactional recruitment.
The role will have you,
Co-managing National Executive Recruitment by partnering with our hiring managers deliver a tailored best-in-class recruitment experience, which will include everything from advertising to sourcing strategies as well as market mapping and Talent pooling.
Co-design the employee value proposition and career offerings
Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of the recruitment process by assisting to prepare guidelines, templates, and other supporting documents.
About you
It's a given that you will have strong experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK premium talent search and you can shift and pivot when needed (or where the work is).
