a Product Manager - Miniature Circuit Protection in Eaton's
Electrical business, based in
Mascot Australia.

What you'll do:

This role is primarily focused on growing the miniature circuit breaker, residual current devices, and distribution board portfolio within the ANZ market.

There is also a major focus on designing and developing the product portfolio to align with local compliance requirements and market needs.

Miniature Circuit Breakers, Residual Current Devices, Distribution Boards

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Manages defined product lines to assist sales in achieving profit plan sales, price, profitability and growth objectives
Development of strategies to gain entry into new markets and to grow market share in existing markets including customer Value Propositions.
Forecasts and controls inventory to ensure there is satisfactory stock to satisfy sales demand whilst keeping stock turns to plan.
Coordinates marketing campaigns and promotions for the product portfolio.
Produces and maintains price lists and marketing material.
Assists sales in tender responses.
Product line Business Planning
Profit Plan and Strategic Plan and is the key liaison to Global PLMs
Competitor Intelligence incl market Share Analysis and Reporting
Australian / IEC Compliance Ownership
Run PROLaunch process for new product launches
Maintain & Optimise Business Systems Data (SKUs, price, etc)

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualified or hold electrical trade qualifications. A Degree in Engineering or equivalent would be highly advantageous
Minimum of 3 years technical experience within the Electrical with Product Management or Sales experience with either Low Voltage Assemblies and/or Low Voltage Switchgear products is preferable
Strong understanding of circuit protection devices, their construction and design principals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build new relationships and comfortable with customer meetings and presentations
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Design Software experience is preferable
