The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Band 1 Real Estate team in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with industry-leading Partners Julie Couch and Nicholas Cowie, and to benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a team of talented, friendly and collaborative professionals.
The team acts for government agencies and many large local and overseas based property developers, investors and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia. You will gain access to a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments, sales and acquisitions, and leasing matters in a friendly, team environment where there are plenty of opportunities for learning and skill development.
You will also have the chance to work with other partners and lawyers across the network.

The Team
Our national Real Estate group continues to be widely recognised for its consistent track record of providing innovative and commercial advice across the full breadth of property sector transactions. Our lawyers advise on major direct and indirect acquisitions, disposals, developments, joint ventures, leasing and property management services of major commercial, retail, industrial, residential, student accommodation and hotel properties. The group also acts for both public and private sector infrastructure clients in major property development and urban renewal projects, renewables acquisitions and developments and energy transition projects.
