About the role

We are on the hunt for an Internal Sales Representative In this role you will, respond to customer calls and see the possibility to sell the customer the solution they need.

You will proactively promote and grow sales across a dedicated portfolio of potential and existing customers within an assigned customer base.


This is a great role where you will provide the customer with the best outcome from over 10,000 belting solutions.

You will act as conduit between Customers, Workshop, Customer Care and Accounts Departments


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage/process all inbound enquiries from new and existing customers, and provide proactive outbound interaction to develop existing customers and capture new opportunities
  • Manage/ process customer quotes, ensuring they are generated promptly and accurately and followed up within a defined time frame.
  • Collaborate with corresponding key account managers to achieve common goals set for the team

Skills and experience:


  • You have a minimum of two years' experience in Internal Sales/ Customer Care or similar discipline within a manufacturing, building, mechanical or similar background.
  • You have a technical mind and great communication skills
  • Your experience with SAP or major ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel will set you above the rest.

The salary for this position goes up to $65,000 - $75,000 for the alongside training and development for the right applicant.
