Zancott Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Stores person to join the team

This is a permanent position, located in Braeside.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Processing and managing inventory inwards and outwards of the centralized warehouse in a timely manner.
  • Attend to external delivery vehicles for all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are movements of cargo are performed safely and on time.
  • Releasing of distribution orders for allocated parts and liaise with Supply Chain team for any item shortages.
  • Accurate picking, packing, load, and unload of items. Quality inspection on picked, packed materials and any discrepancies reported and followed up.
  • Organize freight and documentation for collection and dropoff, locally and internationally.
  • Liaise with Freight Forwarders on booking and collection of airfreight /sea
- freight shipments. Ensure they will reach to the destination as scheduled; any delays must be resolved or escalate to management.

  • Maintain delivery freight tracking documents and register.
  • Perform and manage stock take procedures and processes.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to delivery, return or quality.
  • Provide support in materials coordination of Projects Mobilization bill of materials and proactive materials order follow ups to promote ontime delivery.
  • Informing assigned Supply Chain Team member on nonavailability/parts shortages to support ontime supplies as per project requests.
  • Maintain workshop consumables replenishments and supplies
  • Weekly report on status of the requested materials, short items, DO reports, incoming PO to Central Store, etc.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL

  • Minimum 2 years warehousing /logistics/inventory control/customer service background with hands on electronic data entry
  • Computer skills in MS Office
  • Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Considerable Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Spares
  • Minimum 2 years warehousing and logistics (both local and international)
  • Experience in M3 ERP system is preferable but not essentia Intermediate PC literacy level.
  • Ability to pass a fit for work assessment and drug and alcohol test
