    Description
    My client is an established progressive leader based in the Mulgrave area. They are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who has a passion for fast paced, high-volume environments where you deal with a variety of staff across the business. This organisation has strong values, dedication and are committed to continual process and system improvements.

    Reporting to the Financial Accountant and working within a team of 3, your role will involve reviewing, resolving, and processing the invoice exceptions.

    More Specifically

    • Following up on all invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Account reconciliations.
    • Processing of stock and overhead invoice exceptions
    • Payment Runs
    • Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
    • Provide high level of customer service to suppliers, key stakeholders, and internal customers.
    • Ad hoc Accounts Administration

    To be successful in this role you will have had previous experience in a high volume, fast paced environment. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and understand the importance of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will enjoy working as part of a cohesive team.
