Fuzzy has come a long way since their early small events and continues to push the boundaries with new music genres.

Fuzzy are looking for a full-time Brand Partnerships Manager to form mutually beneficial commercial relationships with new and exciting partners, as well as optimising existing partnerships.

The role will cover the entire sales process including developing valuable and distinctive sponsor propositions, contract negotiations and pitching the Fuzzy and Groovin the Moo brand to brand activation and media agencies.

Fuzzy's office is situated in Surry Hills, the traditional home of the Gadigal people. Staff work flexibly, with a hybrid office and remote approach.

First and foremost, Fuzzy want someone with a proactive and solution focused attitude, someone who's passionate about what they do, passionate about the live music industry and excited about growing and learning with the company.


Markers of Success in this role:

  • Securing new business by expanding the brand partnership portfolio for the different events within the Fuzzy and GTM group, with a strong emphasis on non-traditional categories such as lifestyle, technology, financial services, telecom and mobility.
  • Successfully maintaining the strong relationships of existing brand partners with the aim of further optimising and expanding the partnership.
  • Identifying market potential and turning it into solid business leads and meeting and securing revenue targets set by the company.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience within brand partnerships, business development, account management or sales, preferably in the sports, music, festivals & events and entertainment or media industry. Strong preference for events and festival experience.
  • Strong ability to think outside of the box to pursue diverse partnerships and the business insight and creative skills to develop and sell total concepts to new brand partners.
  • Knowledge in the field of brand management, media, digital and implementing brands within live and online experience platforms as well as knowledge of the agency landscape, with an existing network of agencies and advertisers.
  • Can balance autonomy with being a team player who fits well within the dynamic culture of Fuzzy and GTM group.

$100, $110,000.00 per year
