ABOUT MODUS

THE ROLE

As an experienced _Handyperson,_ you will utilise your technical skills and knowledge of the commercial construction industry to service one of our key client sites in central Melbourne CBD.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Minor make good works
  • Minor building repairs
  • A variety of Carpentry work e.g. chair repairs, desk height adjustments, carpet repairs, blind maintenance, door repairs, lock installation, some refurbishment works, wall finishes including plasterwork, skirting boards, fixture fittings, ceramic repair, patch repair, paving, and fencing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance
  • A trade qualification in Carpentry is desirable but not essential
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • National police check & medical provided with onboarding
