What you'll do

This is your opportunity to join i-motor's Customer Relationship Team.

As part of this team, you will be the first point of contact for all technical, website and support issues.

If you are passionate about_ customer service, website maintenance _and _design, brand management_ and _building relationships_, then we want to hear from you.


  • Offer advice and recommendations, from diagnosis through to resolution via our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate and connect with established dealership accounts to acquire and maintain new business relationships.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining brand content including brand guidelines, special offers and vehicle data to ensure correct manufacture with dealership representation.

Qualifications:


What we are looking for?

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
  • Demonstrate understanding and expertise in basic HTML5, CSS3 and Photoshop knowledge.
  • You are a confident communicator able to understand technical issues and translate them to a nontechnical audience.
  • The ability to multitask, priorities your workload and adapt quickly to change.
  • Reliable and dependable person with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
