ABOUT US
When we started FISHBOWL in 2016, we wanted to create food that people could enjoy everyday. It needed to be fresh, delicious, healthy and ethically sourced.

Everything we serve at FISHBOWL today carries this ethos, that's why we make all of our salads from scratch, build our menu around local produce and have open kitchens in every store.

We've now opened 30+ stores across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, health-minded leader to manage and grow the FISHBOWL brand with us.

THE POSITION
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be an ambassador of our core values.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, training and team development, and coordinate restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing financial performance.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurantBe active in planning and restaurant operations to allow for future growthManage all expected reporting, sales and expensesLead by example & role model our standards and behavioursSupervise and coach your staff to deliver FISHBOWL's core values and cultureDeliver superior customer service, to every customer, every timeDemonstrate and reinforce basic people minimums, respect all team members, work as a team to deliver the brand purposeMaintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation minimums.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for Melbourne superstars, natural leaders. You're highly motivated, full of energy and early in your career to grow with us.

FISHBOWL:
self-motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, flexible, fun-loving personality, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.2+ years of hospitality experience6+ months of supervisor experience (not essential)
