Salary $66,590 $70,96 Full Time Short Term 15 Jan 2024 until 28 June ASO3

We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.

The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the
Safety & Quality Unit team as
Procedure Systems Assistant on a
full time temporary contract from 15 Jan 2024 until 28 June months).**As the Procedure Systems Assistant, you will have:
  • Provision of administrative support to the WCHN procedure management and legislative compliance systems including document management; database and committee support.
Documentation management includes SA Health policy, WCHN procedures, Consumer Health information, and supporting forms and templates.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated high level literacy skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions and implement appropriate actions
Experience as an administrative support for organisational committees
Understanding of general administrative practices operating within the South Australian Public Service
