Are you an experienced professional in the real estate industry with a passion for Leasing? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Leasing Manager to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the ingoing and vacate process, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants moving out of our residential properties.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants and minimize vacancy periods.
Conduct thorough routine inspections, documenting property conditions.
You will be servicing Metropolitan Melbourne with a company car provided.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential property management or leasing is essential.
Strong knowledge of the Melbourne metropolitan property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with landlords and tenants.
Proficiency in marketing and advertising residential properties effectively.
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various properties throughout metropolitan Melbourne.
Ability to work independently and remotely from home.
Flexibility to work on Saturdays, with time in lieu provided the following Friday.
