The Position, but not limited to:
- End-to-end portfolio management of 120 properties all local to the office
- PCR's outsourced and no trust accounting
- Arrears and maintenance management
- Routine and final inspections
- Leasing, viewings and home opens
The Criteria
- Experience managing your own portfolio required
- Current property manager reg and valid drivers' license
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Have excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude
