  • Busy in-bound role handling customer enquiries and processing orders:
-
8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday:


  • Onsite parking at Wetherill Park

Your Role:


You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the efficient and accurate managing and processing of customer orders to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Composing accurate & prompt replies to all customer correspondence
  • Reviewing and entering all customer orders
  • Maintaining & updating the database
  • Processing credits & returns; opening new customer accounts; preparing quotes

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience in a productbased highvolume inbound customer service role including the processing of orders
  • Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy
  • Exposure to Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantage
  • Own transport essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual


Salary:
Up to $28.34 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
