Job Description:

As our
Night Manager, you will be
leading our overnight Hotel operations each shift. You'll
drive financial reconciliations, people management,
guest feedback &
problem resolution,
brand & cleanliness standards. In the absence of senior leadership or the General Manager overnight, you hold the keys.

Your invaluable contribution through your reconciliations, balances and checks enable you to know that
you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel Operation every night shift.


Qualifications:

**_
Does this sound like you?_**- Previous experience within a service industry, ideally with exposure to reporting and supervising staff.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a service excellence approach.
  • Discretion with guest interactions.
  • Ability & desire to train, coach and develop hotel professionals who are fellow night owls.
  • A keen eye for detail and interest in developing your financial acumen.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Thriving under pressure, if an emergency comes up, you remain in control and support the team to get through it.
  • First Aid and RSA qualified, or willing to get certified if you are successful.
