PRIMARY PURPOSE

  • Smooth operation through efficient scheduling of all jobs.
  • Efficient management of inbound operational inquiries/communications either directly or via Virtual Assistant.
  • All jobs invoiced within, targets and KPIs.
  • Be the glue between operational performance and marketing through customer service followup activity.

POSITION IN CONTEXT

  • Due to the growth transition of our business, this role fills an essential purpose to contribute to the team in keeping operations smooth sailing
  • This role is directly responsible for tasks that deal in the different departments, including operations, administration, and customer service.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

  • Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries
  • Respond to and manage inbound operational inquiries/communications
  • Create customer survey, testimonial and referral programs.
  • Support improving stock accuracy.
  • Create and improve procedures and systems.
  • Back up for all office functions.
  • Support Management Team in any tasks required
  • General Office Management tasks
  • Submissions of Jobs to Approved Providers
  • Learning and understanding Scheduling of Jobs
  • Understanding all the functions of Operations to enable support as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Requires sound operations and administrative ability.
  • High level of computer literacy including but not limited to management systems eg Simpro, MS Office particularly excel.
  • Relevant qualifications ie Operations, Sales, Administration or Accounting are preferred but not essential.
