Lead, Inspire and Coach a team of bankers to provide exceptional customer service:


  • Working days are Tuesday
  • Saturday 12pm -9pm (AEST/ADST) these shifts are based in Perth and finish times vary depending on AEDT. Shifts will finish either 8pm or 9pm local time

As the Team Leader (TL) for Digital Channels, you are a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives on leading and mentoring your team.

Your role is to lead and coach up to 15 bankers to provide exceptional service to our customers.


Your main responsibilities will Include:


  • Focusing on delivery excellence for our customers
  • Developing and maintaining skilled bankers across the team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Identifying continuous improvement in procedures and assist with solutions
  • Ensuring bankers operate within appropriate policies
  • Maintaining uptodate training records

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in Financial Services, with experience gained in Customer Service and Call Centre or Digital Channels
  • Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team
  • Communication and collaboration capability
  • Role model excellency, passion and drive on a day to day basis
  • The passion to put our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and be deadline and target driven
