    The Company
    Resourceful Recruitment has partnered with a leading entity within the Oil & Gas sector committed to pioneering advancements in energy solutions. Located in the heart of Brisbane, they're currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10 plus years experience in the Oil & Gas sector specifically with HDPE, Gathering / Pipeline experience to join the Project & Engineering Services team.

    The Opportunity
    This position will lead and manage the mechanical design for surface equipment associated with new wells and gathering pipeline networks from FEED through to execution.

    • Preparation and review of engineering design documents
    • Provide SME and RPEQ review of mechanical documentation.
    • Management of external consultants performing engineering design activities.
    • Provide technical pipeline advice
    • Complex Problem identification, scoping and definition.
    • Technical problem solving
    • Communicate complex technical matters to operations and other support stakeholders, clearly and concisely.

    About You

    • Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical/Pipeline (RPEQ).
    • Min 10 years of engineering experience in Oil and Gas.
    • Upstream PE Gathering Networks Experience
    • HDPE and Pipeline experience.
    • Ability to make and implement technical decisions
