THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Chief People Officer the Payroll Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of the entire payroll function including direct leadership of three reports.

Key Accountabilities include:

Reconciliation and reporting
Compliance with statutory requirements, legislation and Industrial Agreements
Team leadership and development
Payroll/T&A/HRIS data integrity
Continuous improvement including managing system upgrades and/or projectrelated initiatives

IDEAL APPLICANTS

You will need to present with at least 10 years payroll experience with proven ability to lead, mentor and develop direct reports.
