Concise Recruitment has been retained by a long-term Client to secure them a high-performing

Construction Manager capable of managing a construction division which turns over $150M annually.

Our Client is a well known 2nd/3rd tier multi-disciplinary builder that's been in operation for over 15 years.

They work across the commercial, education and institutional market sectors delivering projects ranging in value from $1M - $30M and pride themselves on their ability to maintain long-term relationships with their loyal Client-base.

To be considered you will have extensive senior management experience here in Melbourne within the commercial market sector (1st, 2nd or 3rd tier) in either a senior project manager or construction manager position.

You will have extensive Design & Construct experience and will have a stable employment history with a long list of references.

You can come from a trade or tertiary background but must be equally comfortable in the boardroom as the site office
