This business is one of WA's key residential builders, having been in the market for a number of years they are highly regarded for their quality single storey home designs and focus on customer satisfaction.

This business has evolved significantly over the last few years and are now looking to appoint a new Sales Manager to their team.

We are looking for a high performer with a proven track record, someone self-motivated who can inspire and lead a team of sales professionals.

This role will be an instrumental part of the business, you will work closely with their senior management team to ensure their sales, marketing & customer experience is at the highest level.

About you:

Drive, manage and mentor a high
performing and inclusive sales team.
You will have a proven track record in new home sales, management experience is not desirable but not essential.
Ability to develop strong strategies for success in sales, marketing, lead generation and customer experience.
You will be a relatable and passionate leader who can provide training, guidance & mentorship to the sales team.
Work closely & build rapport with senior management and the wider team.
You will make a positive impact on the culture of the team and business.
