This is not a bidding role requiring technical writing, that process is managed internally however, you will need to have experience with the coordination of bid/tender documentation and taking ownership of the document process.

Alongside that are marketing and growth responsibilities.


YOUR NEW ROLE:

As the Marketing and Bidding Leader, you will oversee various projects aimed at fostering expansion.

A pivotal aspect of this role involves managing the bidding process and collaborating with the business to achieve their goal of tripling growth within five years.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for tasks such as updating the website, coordinating event participation, managing social media presence, EDMs and supporting a range of initiatives to enhance the company's development.


Responsibilities:

Bid and Tender Management: project managing the bidding process, ensuring content writers are on time and keeping the pipeline full.

Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive business growth and marketing plans aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation activities, including market research, networking, and outreach.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Marketing Initiatives: Drive the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.

Event Management: Organise and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase capabilities and continued brand awareness.

HERE'S WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field with strong computer skills especially across the Office Suite.

Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business growth strategies.

Communication:Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Creative Mindset: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Team Player:Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Business Growth and Marketing Manager based at their Head Office team in Brisbane CBD.
