One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced
Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME to contribute to the Department's future Cyber Security approach.
The successful
Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will be offered a
12 month
contract with 2 x 12 month extension option.
The successful Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working with a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusion in approaches to market as part of a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists and
- Develop documentation on both current state and future state requirements and other relevant documentation as required
- Implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Support the Cyber Security Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables.
The successful Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will have experience in the following:
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices Minimum
- 5 years' experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs
- Proven experience implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Strong experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environment, including within Government.
- Well developed verbal and written communication and documentation skills with ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes essential as well as solid stakeholder engagement and change management skills
