One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced
Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME to contribute to the Department's future Cyber Security approach.

The successful
Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will be offered a
12 month
contract with 2 x 12 month extension option.

The successful Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Working with a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusion in approaches to market as part of a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists and
Develop documentation on both current state and future state requirements and other relevant documentation as required
Implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
Support the Cyber Security Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables.

The successful Cyber Security Lead / Cyber Security SME will have experience in the following:

Comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices Minimum
5 years' experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation
Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs
Proven experience implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
Strong experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environment, including within Government.
Well developed verbal and written communication and documentation skills with ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes essential as well as solid stakeholder engagement and change management skills
