We identify, mitigate and escalate commercial risks and align to the firm's social impact goals, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to develop and maintain key supplier relationships ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in procurement and comparable commercial roles with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.

You'll learn plenty as you are adept at flexing your commercial acumen across a range of categories and are skilled in negotiating with and managing a diverse set of suppliers in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

Day to day, you'll solve problems by developing and driving procurement strategies through businesses and the supply base.

In our Procurement team, you'll also support the relevant Procurement Managers to:

  • Manage endtoend procurement sourcing process for key internal clients including market analysis, RFx, Balance of Trade and supplier management where required and negotiating with suppliers throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain key supplier relationships ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish major supply agreements utilising best practice strategic sourcing principles to ensure the organisation leverages its overall purchasing power.
  • Deliver against key measures including savings targets and Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") goals, plus developing and maintaining key internal relationships to ensure category planning appropriately addresses the businesses requirements.

It's time to move forward. And upward.
You want to grow, reach new heights and move up the corporate ladder.

We'll give you a career-boosting role that:

  • Helps you learn and grow with our internal Academy, study support, and partnerships with Udemy and Coursera
  • Provides strong mentors and plenty of networking opportunities
  • Gives you the chance to explore, with overseas secondments and our Together Anywhere policy that lets you work up to 4 weeks from anywhere in Australia
  • Helps you prioritise your life outside of work, with lifestyle and wellness stipends up to $500 a year
  • Has competitive and transparent salary packages with the opportunity for yearly bonuses and promotions
  • Is strong on growth and reward

We're an inclusive bunch, and we try to make life easier - for our clients, our teams and our communities.
