About the role:


You will be responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager in overseeing and tracking leases in the company's portfolio through Australia and New Zealand.

They also facilitate the lease financial transactions, such as rent and outgoing payments, sublease receipts, taxes, and property expenses.


The position also includes other administrative tasks and requires the applicant to be amenable to undertaking tasks not specifically specified in their job description.


key responsibilities:


  • Process invoices for propertyrelated matters
  • Manage all variations to rents and outgoings
  • Update rent payment files and download to A/P
  • Manage and follow up Sub Lease Payments
  • Update property database
  • Upload legal documentation and correspondence to online data storage
  • Liaise with A/P to set up new Creditors for Property
  • Respond to City Council surveys
  • Update Certificate of Currencies for landlords
  • Review and verify annual outgoings reconciliations.
  • Upload valuation information into database
  • Assist in obtaining data for market rent reviews
